Terms of Service

Your account

You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your password safe. One account per person. You must be 13 or older to use Mental Muse.

Your content

You own everything you create on Mental Muse. We just store it for you. You grant us the minimum permission required to display your content back to you and to keep backups of the service.

Acceptable use

• Don't use Mental Muse to store or distribute illegal content.
• Don't try to break, scrape, or overload the service.
• Don't impersonate others or abuse other users.

Service availability

Mental Muse is provided "as is." It's an indie project built by one person — there's no uptime SLA, no 24/7 support team, and occasional downtime may happen. We'll do our best to keep things running smoothly and to be transparent when they aren't.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Mental Muse is not liable for any indirect damages or data loss. Please keep your own copies of anything mission-critical.
